The KIDS ARE READY PROGRAM
Collaborate with a group of OAAARS Consultants in our “Kids are Ready” Program! We partner with middle school-aged youth, using interactive play-based activities to educate them about Equity and empower them to become change advocates. Additionally, we provide 'train the trainer' services to ensure the longevity of this impactful initiative within your programming.
Workplace Audits
OAAARS consultants will perform a comprehensive examination of your organization's workplace culture to identify areas where your JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) objectives may need improvement.
